comparison beetween phpstorm and live edit tools

I you go to https://facebook.github.io/fb-flo/, the main page contain a table that compare fb-flo, Chrome Workspaces , Emmet Livestyle , Live Reload , but nothing about phpstorm ? Does phpstrom is ahead all this tool ?
