Yeeep! Major EAP813 crashes...

Hiya - just started working on a new plugin and when I loaded it up in
idea, for some strange reason Idea stopped loading all the other plugins
or views ( ant, project, messages etc. etc. etc. ), and I can't seem to
find any way to display them again ( there all unavailable in the Window
menu ).
