Has anyone successfully upgraded their 5.0 personal license.

Tried to purchase upgrade of personal license. Just like last time, the web purchase process popped up a window for me to enter my license key. Just like last time I entered every piece of licensing info Jetbrains had sent me - all were rejected. So, just like last time I sent an email with all my info. Not like last time, I get no response at all. Done it twice now. Has anyone gotten that key checker to work? Anyone get a response from JetBrains? I've been on Idea since 3.0 and I've never had a smooth upgrade but I've always gotten a response after JetBrains verified my ownership.

Yeah, that's the problem - I did follow the contact us link - twice - no response. I actually pasted into that form the complete licensing info email I got from JB when I upgraded to 5 - no response, unfortunately. I don't know why but when you go to the main JetBrains site and choose to purchase, then click the personal license link and click upgrade, it pops up a window for your license key. I've never gotten that to to validate my key - at least this time and last time - ie. 4 to 5 and 5 to 6 - don't remember if it was there for 3 -4. License key, order number, license ref., etc. - none validate.
Oh well, I'll try it one more time.
