3.0.3: "New" in popup is always grayed out?

After some investigation I found out that the problem only appears when using the Apple mouse. I guess Idea has some trouble with the emulation of the right mouse button by pressing CTRL + Mousebutton. With my Logitech mouse everything works fine.
This problem only occures in the Proview view. The Commander view works fine even with the Apple mouse.

That really is a tough decission: Either working CVS (#807) or German
keyboard (#809). I think I'll stick with #807 for a while unless
somebody can explain how to set up a local repository on Mac OS X with #809.
