FAQ and "bugs"

Often "bugs" reported by not very experienced IDEA users including myself
:) turn out to be "features", "gotchas" and "secret hidden knowledge".

How about comprehensive FAQ, so the bug database won't be filled with false
bugs?

For starters, http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=10154 :
this is a typical "hidden knowledge", I would never think of this DLL, I
even do not know what it does. Stuff like this should go to the FAQ.

The FAQ should be easily accessible from the main page of www.intellij.com .
Current FAQ is too short.

I disagree.

I think the referenced SCR is a bug. The installer should not install the offending .dll file under that OS.

Of course the only way to find out is to have this dicsussion on this forum or within the bug forum itself.

Yes, it's a bug! I asked you to remove the dll just to get some hints what
could cause such problem. Now with your help we fixed the issue and since
the build #803 you won't need to remove any dll's.
:)))))))
