Is it possible to change the color of the active window tab?
Its hard to see which tab is active when I have lots of tabs opened at the same time.
Really hope I can change the active one to a brighter color.

unfortunately it can't be changed. Please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-126775 to increase its priority and be notified about updates.

Unfortunately ATM it's not possible: such color is provided by actual IDE Theme (aka Look & Feel) and is not customizable (no such settings exist, at all)
