Popup Javadoc for parameters.

When calling a method you get the parameter list popup
in a small tooltip style window; it would be nice
if the Javadoc for the parameter you're currently
typing would also be displayed. So, instead of just
displaying:


This was displayed:


Followed by:


Also, it would be nice if, when pressing Ctrl-Q
to show the declaration of a variable... it that
variable happens to be a parameter in the current
method and has associated javadoc, that the javadoc
is also displayed, just as it is for instance variables.

That might be usefull, especially for people using weird names for the
parameter names. Your feature request would get my votes if I hadn't put
them on better German MacOsX keyboard support already.

OK, I've put it in as a feature request for everyone to vote for. It's a shame I couldn't see a 'preview' button when I was adding markup in tracker:
