Javascript debugger opens compiled assets after first refresh

When using the javascript debugger on files that are compiled with webpack or browserify, the javascript debugger allows debugging at first on the source files just fine. But if the refresh button is clicked in the browser while there is a break point set in Webstorm, it chooses the compiled asset rather than the source file. This is sends memory usage through the roof which eventually ends up killing the entire IDE. I'm looking for a way to permanently exclude specific files from being opened in debug mode.

Debugger doesn't correctly work with sourcemaps produced by webpack (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-14000) and browserify (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-14454 and linked tickets)
