How to setup remote Server for Deployment, Interpreter and Debugger in PHPStorm using Win7 on server and client both

Hello!

It would be awesome, if someone could provide normal how-to related to setting up remote Interpreter and etc. using Windows on both server and client machines.
I've almost blasted my mind trying to make PHPStorm connect properly :(. Managed to setup Deployment only using FTP on IIS, but that's far from convinient and usable, as I suppose it's assumed to be.
Totaly new to this IDE and SSH concept, so no clue how to configure them correctly.

If someone could help, I would be SOOOOO happy and SOOOOO thankful. :)
