PHPStorm 8 and GMagick

Phpstorm doesn't seem to regonize the GMagick classes.

use \Gmagick gives me "Undefined class"

Anything I need to do to make it work?

Hi there,

That's correct -- currently PhpStorm knows nothing about it.

https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-17163 -- watch this ticket (star/vote/comment) to get notified on progress.

----

You could teach IDE what those classes and methods/functions are .. but that could be a time consuming task if done properly -- full doc etc. But something quick (just to get rid of warnings) will also do the job.

For that you have to create stub files -- basically PHP versions of those claases/methods/etc but with no implementation bodies -- that's how all stubs/support for PHP native classes/etc are done anyway -- just Ctrl+Click on any standard function/class and see for yourself.

You may also search the internet -- maybe somebody have done it already.
