Beta 6: Junit 4 behaves wierd

I have an @AfterClass and @BeforeClass method defined, but they are running for every single @Test method in the class. Anyone else notice this?

Am I the only one seeing this? I put in some sys outs and it looks like this after every test method:

afterEach // this one is in an @After method
tearDownAfter // this one is in an @AfterClass static method
