Licence key woes
Hi,
My first post here and I'm hoping to learn how to get over my licence key blues:
I paid JetBrains $499 for a commercial licence middle of July. They mentioned I'd receive a key by email. I did not. ( it's supposed to come from Element 5. I did not)
The US sales team sent me a temporary licence key. Now that has expired.
Kind of finding it a tad hard to get "developing with pleasure" or even developing.
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Or better, a phone number of somebody in the USA I can call and ask for a licence key?

I've always found the jetbrains team very helpful.
Yesterday I received another temporary licence key from the US-jetbrains team so yes, the jetbrains team does seem helpful. I now have another 30-day temporary key.
Meanwhile, some company in Germany has billed my credit card $499 and I'm still waiting for an actual permanent key, they tell me it has to come from Prague.
Seems like a weird system to me. Truly international (which is nice) but weird...
I'll mark this Post answered when I get the 'real' key.
