refresh client page when php conyent change .

Hi i read phpstorm support auto reload client page when php file content change
see ( in 2012) http://blog.jetbrains.com/webide/2012/08/liveedit-plugin-features-in-detail/ but don't exist  !
The refresh icon button seem only for scan new adding files .
i read that wordpress has a extension for that https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-livephp/
Is there a new way to do that in phpstorm only when change occur ?
for " html css and js"  i need js debug mode but for php does edit any files locate under phpstorm project ll be refresh on the client side ?
is there some specific configuration   to set to make  this work for specific framework / CMS .
Is there a way for a project to disable default PHP built in web server or redirect built in to  PHP HTTP request ?

First of all - did you install the "LiveEdit" plugin? https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7007?pr=phpStorm
