Global Code Style does not stick in 5.1.1

I am having trouble trying to set up a Global Code Style that I can pass out to team members.

I have a Default(1) code style which is essentially what I want to export, but I would prefer to send out a more standard-named scheme.

I can use Save As... to save Default (1) to another named scheme, and everything looks good. The new scheme seems to have the right settings....but only for a while. I find if I try to export, when other team members import and use the new scheme, the settings are all the default settings that IntelliJ ships with. Also, I eventually lose the settings locally also -- they somehow revert back to the default settings. (Note that Default(1) never reverts back to the system default settings -- it seems to be fine.)

I have tried various ways of trying to get the new scheme settings to stick, including applying them after doing a Save As..., then exiting IntelliJ and restarting, but nothing seems to work.

Locally, I cannot figure out exactly when I lose the settings. When I try closing and restarting IntelliJ, I always see the settings as I expect them, but invariably as I get back down to business and actually do some work, I will soon enough try a CTRL-ALT-L and find that the old settings have reappeared.

What is going on here?

Thanks,
ken

I am having the same problem. Is there already a solution for this?
