dreamweaver browser widget in phpstorm

Dreamweaver has widget browser ( air plugin ) that let us choose  widget ( html css js ) loca
ly using adobe service reposytory instead  using remote service like jsbin ....
i understand phptsrom avoid using gui for configure javascript variable but does phpstrom can manage html css js file  library repository or has  such functionnalities in phpstorm ? The adobe widget  technology  turn around a simple word open AJAX Alliance metadata /widget   . The websie relative to this technology seem dead  ( last post blog is 2011 !!!)
