Ctrl+F12 doesn't work in build 666

When I try CtrlF12, the current line in the editor is selected. I can only bring file structure dialog up with menu View->File Structure Popup. The shortcut CtrlF12 doesn't work.

Works perfectly for me in #666 on W2k.

It's very interesting.

1 Hold left Ctrl down, press F12, the current line is selected.
2 Still hold left Ctrl down, press F12, the run window brings up

1 Hold right Ctrl down, press F12, the current line is selected.
2 Still hold right Ctrl down, press F12, the File Structure window brings up

It's fun, isn't it?
