Build 663 - External Tool Environment CLASSPATH Wrong

When I kick off an External Tool (in my case 'Make'), the CLASSPATH the shell has only includes the IDEA jar files. It does not include my Project CLASSPATH at all. This has worked fine up til this build.

1) I tried re-defining my target JDK (didn't help)

2) Did this change on purpose ?

3) Anyone notice this yet ?

UPDATE:

This problem only exists in the Windows Installer version. If I use the Windows pack and unzip it myself, tweak the IDEA_HOME environment variable in idea.bat, then it work fine.

I will enter a bug in the Tracker.
