modal window problems using multiple project frames

i've noticed a problem with modal windows when using multiple project
frames.

scenario:
if i'm in frame#1 and open project properties -
then flip over to frame#2 & try to click something.

error:
in frame#2 i receive error beeping, just like i would see
if i were in frame#1 trying to click outside of the modal window.
