"Encapsulate Fields" doesn't work in 660 and 661

After I downloaded and installed the 661 version I tried the "Encapsulate Fields" menue item again. I had to find out that the bug remained in 661.

Bug description:
create new field in class, select "encapsulate Fields" and IDEA will crash with a heavy exception.
