Configuration of 661

All,

For previous upgrades till 657, all you had to do to save config changes was
copy the config directory contents between versions. This does not seem to
have worked for the 661 build. Anyone else experience this behavior? Did
the structure of the configuration change?

I've seen the announcement too but I haven't found my own answer. How do I determine and/or change the "user's home directory"?

Take a look at the idea.bat file (or the idea shell script file on unix).
The line that sets the JVM_ARGS specifies both the idea.config.path and idea.system.path values. Change them if you wish.

Where can I find this info?
