Turn off SmartTabs?

Hi-

The release notes for 660 say that the "SmartTabs" feature is now
optional, but, I can't seem to find it in the Project Properties or IDE
Settings dialog box. Where is the control for toggling this feature?

Thanks-

Danny Burkes

I can't find it either. I've been waiting for this for months.

I've long suspected that this feature was introduced by the CIA and IntelliJ
really has no control over it. They keep teasing us that it will be removed
or we'll have an option to remove it. But, they know that if they did, the
black helicopters would arrive.

If you look at the SCR you'll notice that it is fixed in 661...
I guess they have anounced it in 660 by mistake.

In the Tracker, the request 2372 is fixed in bld 661 not 660. Don't know why they include it in the release note of 660.

BTW, what is this "Smart Tabs" feature? Is it "Smart Indent" or "Smart Type" in auto completion?

CIA? IntelliJ is a European company.

You are right. It got into the changes list of #660 by mistake. Please wait
until #661 for this feature.
