Misleading name of jre download file name

The name of the jre download file (idea660-jre.zip) is misleading. I thought this would contain idea #660 and the jre, but it only contains the jre.

Why not simply call it jre.zip and then write in the comment "Last change #660". So we'll only download the jre when it changes.

Or, when no change is needed, just keep the download link under the name
of idea660-jre.zip. This is the way it worked for ghostscript fonts for
years.

Yes, this is the way we are going to provide JRE downloads, so if nothing is
changed in the bundled JREs they will remain as "idea660-jre"
