Building caches for package tests

When I run a package test occationally it will scan src.zip in the JDK and
say it's building caches. This takes a long time.

Just wondering why this is necessary...

It scans it cause it thinks there might be some inheritors of TestCase which
are, in their turn, inherited by classes from your package. It's planned to
fix this though.
