Default keymap config location

Hello guys,

I would like to create flashcards with pstorm keymap in Anki. Becouse there are a lot of shortcuts I want to write a script keymap.xml->anki_deck.apkg. Sadly in config folder there are only incremental files (only new to defalut or overriding it shortcuts present). Please help me to extract all shortcuts in xml/json/something.
