There does not seem to be a way to switch it back on, however (nor a way to invoke the action explicitly)
You can invoke the action explicitly, just have to remember where the intention works :)
For example place the cursor in 'if' and disable the intention for reversing the condition. Now there is no light bulb. Hit Alt+Enter, you get the intention menu, now you can enable the lightbulb again.
