what version of webstorm is part of phpstorm?

Phpstorm 8 was recently released and now there is a webstorm 9 beta with some cool new features, when webstorm 9 is released will phpstorm 8's webstorm components be updated to the webstorm 9 feature set?

In phpstorm 8's eap's I dont see a listing of new features that are coming in webstorm 9 such as meteor suport ect?

WebStorm 9 features, including Meteor, are available in PHPStorm 8.* as well, but have to be installed from the repository: Settings/Plugins, Install Jetbrains plugins...
