Subversion integration and files not in any module

Hi,

The layout of our project is that in the main project directory, where
all the module directories reside, we also have the ANT build script and
all the .iml files of the different modules.

IntelliJ doesn't pick those up when comitting changes (Ctrl+K).

Is that intended? It seems like when comitting the project all the files
in the project root directory should be taken into account.
