IDEA Updates needs to use HTTP Proxy settings

The "Updates" window in the IDE Settings does not use the configured HTTP Proxy settings (configured in General window). At least, that's my conclusion, as I get a network error when I click on the Update button. Downloading plugins, for instance, correctly uses the proxy, and that works well.
