Sometimes WebStorm on linux gets blocked for a while, like 10 seconds

Sometimes while I am using Webstorm it gets blocked for a while, like 10seconds or something similar.

Usually it happens when i use  auto-complete feature, like to list of methods of an object.

Maybe it is a matter of memory (the allowed maximum memory is full and i tries to move something to the disk ).

Is there a way to avoid this king of delays?

It does not help to make webstorm usable.
