How to enable Check mode in Dart using WebStorm ?

Hello,

There is a way to enable the type checks (check mode) like in Dart Editor in Webstorm for an web app (not a command line app)?! , I try to add this argument in Webstorm Configuration Setting, but not work !

A VM options/Program arguments like in DartUnit configuration in future version are welcome, maybe in WebStorm 9 EAP !!

Any idea ?!
