I can set breakpoints i JSP, but IntelliJ 5 never stops at this breapoints.

Any idea?
I should make some special settings for the project?

How do you connect IDEA's debugger to Tomcat instance? In order for JSP breakpoints to be workable, you should start your
application with "Tomcat" run configuration.

I have configured the app to run with "Tomcat Server".
I also start in debug mode.

I made a simple JSP containing:

<%
int i = 0;
i++;
%>
<%=i%>

Breakpoints set to all lines. It never stops. In browser page contains value "1".

Tomcat 4.1 is not supported, see here for details: http://www.intellij.net/forums/thread.jsp?forum=22&thread=18924&tstart=0&trange=15
.
Use supported Tomcat version and follow this tutorial: ftp://intellij.net/pub/.idea/TomcatTutorial/TomcatJspDebug.zip
.

IntelliJ IDEA does not support debugging Web applications on Tomcat 4.1.
Only Tomcat versions 4.0 and 5.x are supported.

Well, more precisely, source-level JSP debugging is supported for Tomcat 4.0.x and 5.x. You can still set breakpoints, step etc. on
java language level in generated code.
Sorry, did not mention in the initial post that Tomcat version 4.1 was used.
