Navigate from where: the same file .. or any other file in a project?
From any file in the project. Thought Navigate -> Symbol might do the trick but it doesn't. It only does CSS classes.
Yes .. it shows mixins but not variables.
I may only suggest to file new ticket to the Issue Tracker: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/WEB (but check for existing tickets first)
