Multiple line editing like SublimeText 2?

Is there a way to edit multiple lines at once?

Similar to how you can highlight text and hit CMD+D, and it will select all the same text, then you can edit them all at once.

I have not used Sublime Text 2 myself, but I think this is the right ticket to watch: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-80056
