Can't run offline inspections. Please help!

I can't run offline inspections on the recent EAP builds.
I just get UnsatisfiableDependenciesException :(
Even submitted a defect to tracker: http://intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=42305 but still haven't got any replies. :(

Can anyone help to resolve the problem?
Or at least confirm/deny its presence?

BTW, I run IDEA on 'external' JDK by tweaking idea.bat/inspect.bat But it seems not to be the reason. At least I tried to run inspections with 'internal' jre and still got the same result.

Still can't run offline inspections on #3260 :(
Now it's:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: main

BTW, I use inspect.bat if this may help to find the problem.

Forgot to mention in release notes. Sorry.
One have to use
idea.bat inspect instead of inspect.bat ]]>

inspect.bat will be deleted.

Thanks. Finally I've managed to inspect the project offline.
Now I've got some proposals to improve offline inspections even further. :)

1. How about storing module name inside of tag? This will let to run inspections for the whole project and then generate modules' summaries. 2. When loading offline inspection results into IDEA a bunch of groupping options should be available: by inspection, by module, by package, by class. 3. Why having both and tags for class? Aren't those supposed always to be the same? 4. You could reduce the size of the file greatly by introducing some groupping into it. For example, groupping by problem class would let to avoid many repetions of the same ]]> tag, etc.
Descriptions that do not include ant class/method information (like "Uses deprecated API.") could also be omitted.
