Changes to the GUI designer....

Maxim et.all

Are there any plans for any reworkings/improvements in the area of the GUI
designer?

I'd love to see some inspections/intentions at the GUI design level (
maybe its possible already, I've not yet really tried ).

Such things like:

- JTable without a JScrollPane wrapping it, intention to do the wrap for
you - much easier than dragging the table out of its docked/locked
state, wrapping a JScrollPane, and piecing it altogether again.
- Extract Panel to new FORM / XML file - also extracts a new bound bean,
- which gets added to a "Project" component pallete, and included in the
main form file.

- Menu designer ( separate .xml file, byte compiled to a JMenu suitable
to plugin somewhere. Or bind to the controls as popups.

I'll think up some other potentials and add them into JIRA and we can't
some discussion going...

see:

It has a positive vote value, but I couldn't find it in JIRA.

The ideas are great. I'm just not sure we'll have enough time/resources to
implement them in Irida.
