Web Module "Unknown"

I have a project with two web modules. One of the projects shows a deployment status of "Unknown". How do I get Idea to make it "known" or "deployed" as the other web module is.

I have tried restarting Idea, my machine and rebuilding the project. I even tried praying to the programmer gods but BitZeus just laughed at me.
