Correct setup for debugging NodeJs in webstorm?

Hello, I am a little confused about how to get debugging working with webstorm and Node.js project. I am able to run it successfully from it but can not get it to stop on breakpoints etc.
Is there a clean explanation, what things I must set up in Webstorm and in browser Chrome to be able to do debug tasks considering NodeJs / Angular project? Currently I tried to mess with JB Chrome extension and debug options such as --debug-brk but did not succeeded, and official documentation was not exactly clear for me.
I appreciate if someone could help with all the setup details.

I can set breakpoints in the global scope, but not inside anonymous functions -- they show as set in the UI, but they're never hit when the code runs.  Since javascript programming relies rather heavily on anonymous functions, this makes Webstorm pretty useless to me as an IDE for node.js.  Are there any tricks to getting that to work?

They seem to have fixed this issue in version 8.0 -- I can break inside anon functions now.
