Unable to create yuicompressor file watcher

I am trying to set up FIle Watcher to use yuicompressor.  I have installed node.js and used npm to install yuicompressor.  When I browse and select the yuicompressor-2.4.8.jar and click ok, I get an error telling me to "Please set a program to run"

As a side note, once you get this error the ok button never becomes active again, no matter what you enter in any of the fields.
