IDEA disappears when debugging on OSX
If this is a dupe or known issue I apologize ahead of time.
Every so often (some times everytime) I'm debugging with integrated Tomcat and the IDE will just disappear. Still running, just invisible. If I choose Force Quit from the dock, IDEA will appear again to show the Terminate Process dialog which I can interact with, but if I click anything other than Yes to terminate the running process, IDEA will just hide itself again.
Very annoying to say the least. Other times it will work without a problem. Any suggestions on what may be happening or what I can do to avoid it?

Don't laugh on this please :) The problem only happens when using a
mouse wheel in the debugger window as far as I can see. Have no single
idea how the things are connected.

Wait a minute, this is the same bug I filed a couple of weeks ago, right
Max?
I do use a mouse with a scroll wheel, which explains why I don't always see
the problem when I'm at home, where I don't use a mouse but use the pad.

OK. So if I don't use the mouse wheel, no disappearing IDEA? I'll see if that does the trick for me.

Quite right. Any thoughts that'll help to how come using a mousewheel
while debugging may cause an application to disappear are eagerly
appreciated.

The only connection I see between the mousewheel and applications appearing or disappearing is that in the Finder you can switch applications with the mouse wheel. Maybe something crisscrossed in the JVM thinking the application is not at the front or something odd like that. Reaching for straws but there is at least some kind of connection. :)
