All the development projects at my company follow the following standard - one source code tree, with specific packages for web and ejb sources (i.e com.company.svc for ejbs and com.company.jsp for jsp/servlet custom tag code, with the rest of the packages being plain java objects. So we have one content root for multiple projects
Is there any way for intellij (3.0,3.5,4.0 or 4.5) to support this? Is their plans to support this kind of project, because even if some think it is a bad idea to mix EJB sources in normal java code, it is a practice that is prevalent in the industry
We would like to use the Web and EJB modules for editing the deployment descriptors. We use ant for builds, so the packaging and deployment is not an issue, we would just like to use the IDEA editor to accelerate the editing of Deployment descriptors.
