Recognising HTML classes as symbols in PHP files

Hi,

This is probably just me being stupid, but I can't seem to get HTML classes to show up as symbols when they're within PHP files. They show up as Div's with the greyed out class names in the navigator, but typing their actual name doesn't bring them up.

Similarly, searching for project-wide symbols ignores the HTML classes.

I recreated the file with the HTML file extension and (despite breaking PHP syntax highlighting and completion) the classes became navigable/recognised as symbols. I could change the PHP file extension to use the HTML syntax in the File Type settings, but I don't want to lose the PHP functionality.

I've also tried resetting the project index to no avail.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Jay
