2139 no run

After updating my plugin to conform to the latest set of very dramatic API changes in 2139, now nothing happens when I try to run my server. I click run and....nothing. Anything obvious I'm missing? I'm implementing JavaCommandLinePolicy and returning that the appropriate run configuration as created by J2EEConfigurationType, but nothing.

Should I be specifying it anywhere else? Should I send my plugin to someone so they can tell me where I've been stupid?

I've just noticed I missed the CommonModel parameter in a method in
JavaCommandLinePolicy (fixed...) but if you could create JavaCommandLine
without anything it had to work (it works for the test weblogic plugin
modification)...
