Brackets.app feature I'd like to see in WebStorm

I was messing around with the Brackets web editor and it has a very cool feature I'd love to see in WebStorm. When you're highlighting a tag in HTML and press Cmd-E, you get an inline CSS editor that shows all the rules that effect your current tag. You can live edit them and/or add a new rule. See the screenshot below for an example.

Hello!

you can view the styles applied to certain tags in WebStorm - right-click the tag in  editor and choose 'Show applied styles for tag' action from the context  menu

That's awesome, but it's much less friendly then the Brackets.app implementation. It also doesn't list the file and line number in a succint and simple way. The WebStorm feature lets you navigate to the file that supplied the CSS snippet but you don't see the file name or line number until you click the source button. That is extremely useful information. Finally, the Brackets.app implementation lets you quickly add a new CSS snippet and auto-populates the snippet with the selected tag.
