EJB modules and dependant modules and project jars

Hi,

I have a EJB module which depends on a couple of java modules and a Project library. In the build settings I set the project jar to be copied and linked via manifest. I chose the exploded directory option. When I build the module I see the classes from the modules this EJB depends upon but there is Project jar files there. But if I select "EJB module jar file" then the dependant project jar file is copied correctly.

Is this a bug? or am I missing something.
