2091 not closing port 80?

Has anyone else noticed that if you debug from within IntelliJ it does
not let go of port 80? I even closed IntelliJ, but I eventually had to
boot. Please tell me I am not crazy.

Hi,

Probably IDEA does not stopped Tomcat properly. Please, try next time to
run shutdown.bat from Tomcat directory as workaround.

That did it. I did not notice the exception before. Thought it was
