Help me, I can't debug myclass by Intellij 4.0 on Notebook TravelMate 290

I test install idea itellj 4.0 on two Notebook TravelMate 290. It show this error :

Error Connecting to Remote Process.
Exception occured: java.lang.NullPointerException
Exception message: charset

I test install idea intellj 4.0 on PC. It no problem.
