if Deployment can work with group of files

Hi all,
Using PHPStorm 6.0.2 I use Deployment Commands for Downloading/Comparing and Uploading with configured Deployment server.
But now I can Download/Compare/Uploading  only current page opened in  PHPStorm.

I did not find if I can from PHPStorm to work with group of files ? I mean if I need to upload all my changes to server(there could be several files) I want
some page will be opened with all my changed files listed and checking them I can i upload them or not.

I would like similar page downloading externally changed pages from server.

The way I wrote I worked with kdesvn some time ago.
