Generics Support

I cannot seem to get generics support to work with IDEA 4.0 on OS X 10.3.

I have tried both the wizard and manual methods as described in the help and neither does it.

I watch it parse out the collect.jar, and have the generics enabled compiler checked, but both compilation and syntax-highlighting reject the templated class.

The generics jars are in the lib/generics/ directory; I have restarted IDEA multiple times, and the syntax is correct (it works fine in CodeGuide anyway, and is a c&p of the Vector example you give).

Help?

It works properly with the 2.2 release, but not the current/final 2.4 release.

Any plans/timeline on supporting the 2.4 generics? (as 2.2 isn't actually available anymore and I had to go begging on IRC to find someone who had the jars).

Yes, the final spec of generics is going to be supported in 4.1 release.
