Alignment in JSPs

I thought IntelliJ used to be able to do some type of smart alignment in
JSPs. enter

. I thought the used to fall in the same column as the ]]>. Now it hits column 0.

Is there a setting to turn this back on or has the functionality been lost?

It only seems to work if there is at least one whitespace character between
the cursor and the first non-whitespace character to the right of the cursor
when you hit enter.
