"migration" questions from webstorm to phpstorm Follow

Can PHPStorm import WebStorm6 settings?? How??

How you manage updates to these softwares (e.g. 6.0.3.x to 6.0.4.x)??
Which is updated first or more often, PHPStorm or WebStorm??
Does PHPStorm receive all the same updates/fixes as WebStorm??
